Reek Real Estate Investments, in collaboration with WJ Vastgoed, has purchased the office building at Stadsring 201 in Amersfoort from a joint venture managed by Round Hill Capital.
The Amerspoort office building is located at Stadsring 201 and is a gateway to the old city center of Amersfoort. The glass curtain wall in combination with the curves of the facade give the building a recognizable appearance. The building was built in 1988 and has a total area of 4,681 m2 with 79 parking spaces.
The purchase price of the building has not been announced. This concerns the sale of shares of a company. The buyer is investigating the best use for the building and intends to develop the building into homes.
