Job description
JS Consultancy is looking for a Real Estate Business Economics Employee for the municipality of Zaanstad. This is a position for 16-24 hours per week, as of October 16, 2023 for a period of 6 months.
The Land Affairs department is responsible for the management of approximately 800 rental contracts and approximately 4,000 leasehold contracts. The administration of these contracts is largely linked to the financial administration. Purchases and sales of real estate and land also fall under the responsibility of the Land Affairs department. In addition, the department is responsible for the financial calculations and drawing up of spatial redevelopment plans, as well as the maintenance and management of the buildings owned by the municipality.

Your tasks:
* Ensure the control and implementation of the monthly invoicing of rental and leasehold using the financial information system;
* Coordinating the administrative activities in the real estate information system;
* Checking the input of the administration in the real estate administration system based on the contracts; * Being able to (administratively) process land registry data into information in the real estate system and being able to update WOZ data in the real estate system;
* Checking rental indexation calculations based on contracts and policies;
* Calculating and preparing annual or final accounts of service costs based on financial printouts; * Supporting the financial advisor in searching and providing financial data for the accountant and internal controls;
* Monitoring important dates and deadlines for indexations, revisions and settlements;
* Carrying out quality checks of or in the real estate administration.

Job requirements
* Able to work well with financial-administrative information systems;
* Be proactive in collecting (real estate) information from colleagues;
* Being able to work accurately;
* Keeping an overview of the tasks to be performed in the real estate administration;
* Being able to separate main administrative matters and secondary matters; being able to prioritize;
* Being able to perform or check financial indexation calculations;
* Want to quickly gain knowledge of (real estate) information systems and working methods.Employment conditions
We can deploy you on a secondment basis (employed by JS Consultancy, classification in accordance with the client’s collective labor agreement).
