Job description
Your role
Investors and tenants never have to worry about whether something has been arranged. Whether it concerns maintenance, financial management or sustainability plans: you arrange it. You are not only a problem solver, but also think strategically and ahead.
– Technical: Coordinating maintenance and renovations, carrying out inspections and digitizing maintenance planning.
– Financial: Management of debtors and creditors, service charge settlements, indexations and preparations for annual accounts and VAT returns.
– Commercial: Advising on rental strategies, renovation and delivery policy, applying for subsidies and making portfolios more sustainable.

When is this position tailor-made for you?
As a real estate manager you play chess on several boards at the same time. This role suits you perfectly if you work in a structured way, can respond quickly to different situations and are strong in communication.
What do we ask of you?
– Interest in technology.
– Good with numbers.
– Experience in real estate or homeowners’ association management.
We will eventually be looking for a department manager. If you also enjoy coaching and leading people, this offers a great opportunity for growth!
Employment conditions
What do we offer you?
– A salary between €3,576 (medior) and €5,365 (senior).
– A 36-hour working week from Monday to Thursday.
– 5 weeks holiday per year and 8% holiday allowance.
– A shared pension scheme, so that you can enjoy your pension later.
– €1,000 annual training budget, for your personal and professional development.
– Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
– A mileage allowance of 41 cents or a company car for business kilometers.
