BPI Vastgoed buys office building in Barendrec…

BPI Vastgoed recently purchased the office building at Donk 1 in Barendrecht. The building consists of approximately 3,633 m² of office space in combination with 81 parking spaces, located on a plot of 5,310 m².

BPI Vastgoed paid € 2.3 million for the office building, according to data from the Land Registry. The building also houses a KPN XL store. The seller is Harbert European Real Estate Fund V, in partnership with Quan Investors.

Quan has outsourced the commercial real estate management to QB Management, which also carries out real estate (asset) management on behalf of third-party investors and asset managers, such as the Amsterdam real estate developer and investor Boelens de Gruyter.

The Mik Real Estate Partners and QB management concluded the transactions on behalf of the seller, with the legal advice of Greenberg Traurig. De Mik Real Estate Partners will handle the leasing of the available offices on behalf of the new owner.
