Gloudemans has been active in the Dutch real estate sector since its founding in 1918 by Antonius Gloudemans. Since that time, the company has grown into a versatile consultancy firm in the field of real estate and land matters. Gloudemans has a diverse team of NRVT-certified appraisers who work in all valuation areas: rural, residential, commercial and large commercial real estate.
StiVAD
StiVAD is an independent, non-profit platform for securely sharing data within the real estate sector. Joining StiVAD offers participating parties proof of complete openness and transparency that is visible to everyone. Due to its rapid growth, StiVAD is an increasingly complete source of investment transaction data.
StiVAD participants include institutional and large private investors, housing associations, appraisers of large commercial real estate and accountants. The foundation was established in 2010 by the Association of Institutional Real Estate Investors in the Netherlands (IVBN) with the aim of providing reliable market references for better real estate valuations.
