On behalf of a municipality in North Brabant, we are actively recruiting an Interim Real Estate Back Office Coordinator for 32 hours per week.

Are you the support coordinator who ensures optimal support?

Working together with 40 enthusiastic and professional colleagues. As a coordinator, you are responsible for managing the support staff who support both teams with various administrative tasks; from rental administration, monitoring purchase agreements, managing energy contracts, data management real estate ICT system, collecting benchmark data, processing indexation to reporting and handling damage to the insurance company.

The current coordinator is deployed temporarily (until the end of ’23 – the beginning of ’24) to set up information management and supervise the introduction of a new ICT package within the organization. For this period we are looking for temporary employment for the support coordinator.



Job description

What are you going to do?

Responsible for the rental administration and leasehold administration. Monitor agreements of purchase agreements.
Responsible for the municipality-wide administration of building and inventory insurance.
Advises the team manager in managing the cluster employees, focusing on results.
Initiates and coordinates improvement processes in the field of work processes, work agreements and standard documents.
Monitoring correct use of work processes, work agreements and standard documents. Also hands-on;
Advises the team manager on personnel tasks, including performance and assessment interviews, granting leave, training, absenteeism due to illness, recruitment and selection, remuneration proposals, etc.;
Advises the team manager on capacity planning and work allocation. Checks planned and actual time spent, approves time recording, identifies deviations, makes proposals for adjustments to the available capacity.
Has structural Po’s with the employees.
You form the subteam together with four other colleagues. Together with your team, you ensure optimal support for both teams. The department is close to developments and is therefore a dynamic department where you gain a lot. The employees within the team are go-getters, but are also there for each other and successes are celebrated. The atmosphere is informal and employees quickly feel at home with us.

  • You have experience with financial/economic, real estate/brokerage and/or contract management processes.
  • Coordinating, team player, results-oriented, decisive, delegating, coaching, connecting, quality conscious.
  • You have an HBO working and thinking level.
