The deadline for submitting personal tax returns with ‘specific income’ via Tax-on-web was set for October 18. That period is extended until October 26.
This concerns declarations with self-employed income (profits, benefits, remuneration of company directors and/or assisting spouses) and/or foreign professional income.
This final submission date applies to both representatives, such as bookkeepers and accountants, and private individuals. Since this year, the deadline for submitting tax returns no longer depends on who completes them, but on the type of income declared.
VAT declaration
The submission deadline for VAT returns is extended from October 20 to 23.
In concrete terms, this concerns the monthly declaration for September 2023, the quarterly declaration for the third quarter of 2023, the monthly intra-community declaration (overview of deliveries and services to customers in the EU) for September 2023 and the quarterly intra-community declaration for the third quarter of 2023.
Please note that there is no deferment for the payment of the VAT due. This must happen by October 20, 2023.
