“As a Service Contracts Project Manager, your mission is to ensure that the building and site installations on military sites are up-to-date at all times. You are the driving force behind ensuring approved installations. Your goal? Ensure one hundred percent safe real estate!”

Your future tasks and responsibilities at a glance:

  • You manage and coordinate the maintenance, inspections and inspections of installations on military sites. This includes a wide range of installations, such as climate control, transport, energy, lighting, water and doors, to ensure that they remain in perfect condition.
  • You assess and follow up the inspection plans for all installation disciplines and send them as annual assignments to contractors for implementation.
  • If installations are rejected or repairs are required, you take quick action to resolve problems, in collaboration with fellow contract holders and stakeholders.
  • You work closely with various stakeholders and ensure the coordination and processing of documents and reports to keep our real estate administration up to date.

Job requirements

  • You have an MBO/HBO diploma in real estate and/or object management or at least five years of experience as a project manager in similar positions.
  • You have five years of work experience as a (real estate) project manager with expertise in risk management.
  • You have an affinity with an ERP office package and legal aspects of contracts within electrical engineering, construction and mechanical engineering.
  • You are able to act results-oriented and customer-oriented, with effective communication with both contractors and technicians.
  • You excel in planning and organizing, creating structure, and monitoring processes and financial aspects.
  • You can identify yourself with the following competencies: proactive problem solving, focused on results, stress-resistant, flexible and communicative skills

Employment conditions

Salary level: scale 10

Monthly salary: Min €3,045 – Max. €4,848 (gross)

Employment: Employment contract for an indefinite period

Minimum number of hours per week: 36

Maximum number of hours per week: 36

Other employment conditions
